    Prices and Payment Policy

     

    •    We will share the prices against your order enquiry through email. 

    •    The product prices will have a defined validity period. If the validity expires please request for re-submission of price. 

    •    In case of any clarification required, we may contact you before shipping your order.  

    •    Once the order is finalised, you need to remit 100% advance payment against the confirmed order. 

    •    For making payment we will share a payment gateway link. 
    This is a secured and encrypted link and all information (customer information, addresses, bank details, credit card details) is protected.
     

    Shipping Policy

     

    •    All International shipments are generally dispatched through DHL/FedEx /UPS courier, or unless specified by customer to use a preferred shipping agency. 

    •    If in case, we are using any other shipping service apart from above we will inform the customer accordingly. 

    •    We will try our best to dispatch orders within 10 working days after receiving payment. We shall not be liable for any damages in case of receiving a late shipment. 

     

    Shipping Rate:

     

    Shipping cost will be shared by us for each order enquiry which will be borne by the customer.
    All costs related to Custom clearances and local VAT applicable in respective country, will be borne by the customer.

     

    Damage, Defective and Shortage

     

    •    We would appreciate that you please check the shipment thoroughly when the package arrives. 

    •    If you notice any damage, defect or shortage please notify the same in delivery slip. Alternatively you may email us directly within 7 days from receipt of your package. 

     

    Standard Return/Refund Policy

     

    •    We will exchange or refund any product maximum within 30 days of receiving the goods subject to necessary validation at our end like shipping damage or defect. 

    •    In case of return or exchange, you will need to send the goods to our address at your cost. Please check with us before you dispatch. 

     

    Cancellation Policy

     

    •    You may cancel the order any-time before we dispatch the goods from our warehouse (India). 

    •    We will arrange refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
